OnGuard

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026 · Applies to onguard-portal (this website), not the OnGuard device or dashboard product, which is covered by your organization's own agreement.

What this page covers

This is the privacy policy for OnGuard's public marketing website (the page you're reading now, and its "Request a demo" form). It does not cover the OnGuard NVR device or the customer dashboard app — those are governed by the terms your organization agreed to when it activated its account.

What we collect

If you submit the "Request a demo" form, we collect exactly the fields on that form:

We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site. The only client-side storage this page uses is your browser's local storage, to remember your theme and language preference — nothing is sent anywhere for that, and it never leaves your device.

Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs. Turnstile evaluates signals about your browser session to confirm you're not a bot; it does not track you across other websites. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details on their processing.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your demo request and follow up about OnGuard. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Submissions are automatically deleted 365 days after you submit them. If you'd like it removed sooner, contact us (below) and we'll delete it on request.

Who can see it

Submissions are visible only to OnGuard staff with a vendor administrator account, through an authenticated internal dashboard. We never publish or share submitted details.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted at any time — just email us using the contact below.
